DC Drilling Rigs Features
1. Key mechanical parts conform to API spec and marked with API monogram
2. K-type derrick (mast) and swing-up substructure, the derrick, substructure and drill floor equipment is installed at low place and lifted integrally with drawworks
3. Adopts to AC-SCR-DC drive mode, using DC motors to drive drawworks, rotary table and mud pump, can realize stepless speed regulating to satisfy preferable drilling technology requirements
4. Hydraulic disk brake or band brake is used as main brake of drawworks, the assistant brake is electromagnetic eddy current brake with air cooling or water cooling, may be equipped with EATON pneumatic disk brake with water cooling upon customer request
5. Driven by rotary table independently. Equipped with high power triplex single action mud pump and driven by narrow V band
